ABOUT SHASHANK
I came to Dubai looking for a bigger opportunity. I found it in real estate.
I moved into Dubai real estate with a simple ambition: build a better life for myself and my family.

It’s a highly competitive market, and I learned quickly that succeeding here requires much more than knowing what properties are available.
You have to understand the person you’re advising.
I approach every client the same way I would approach a decision for someone in my own family. I want to understand what you’re trying to achieve, what you’re comfortable with, and whether the property you’re considering actually makes sense for you.
A good outcome for me is a sound, safe investment with room to grow, and a client who still feels good about the decision long after the transaction is complete.
MY STORY
I’ve spent my career helping people make high-value decisions.
Before Dubai real estate, I worked across technology and education sales.
My career started with HP and Dell, where I learned how to understand what a customer actually needed before recommending a product. I later moved into high-ticket education with WhiteHat Jr. and TimesPro (Time of India), where the decisions became larger, more complex, and more personal.
Over time, one thing became very clear to me: the bigger the decision, the more important it is for the person on the other side to feel understood.
Then, I took the next big step and moved into Dubai real estate because I was looking for something bigger. Dubai represented opportunity, growth, and the possibility of changing what life could look like for me and my family.
Real estate gave me exactly that challenge.
Since entering the industry, I’ve worked with buyers across projects from developers including Wasl, Azizi, Alef, Aljada, and DAMAC.
In my first year, I closed 13 real estate transactions representing more than AED 15 million in total property value.
But what matters most to me is what those transactions represent: people trusting me with one of the biggest financial decisions they may make.
That responsibility is something I take seriously.

HOW I THINK
Start with the investment, not the offer around it.
Dubai real estate moves quickly.
There are launches, payment plans, discounts, incentives, new developments, and new opportunities appearing constantly.
That makes it easy to focus on what looks attractive today.
I prefer to slow the decision down and understand the property itself.
Understand the asset
Where is it? What is the layout? What is being built around it? What makes this particular unit worth considering?
Understand the demand
Who is likely to rent it? Who could want to buy it later? What could make this property more or less desirable over time?
Understand the exit
Buying is only one part of the investment.
I also want to understand what renting, reselling, or holding that property could look like later.
The goal is to make a decision that still makes sense after the launch offer, brochure, and sales pitch are gone.
WORKING WITH SHASHANK
I want you to understand what you’re buying before you commit to it.
Every conversation starts with YOU.
What are YOU trying to achieve?
Why are YOU considering Dubai?
What kind of investment are YOU comfortable with?
What time horizon are YOU thinking about?
From there, we can look at the opportunities that actually fit those goals.

01 — Understand what you’re looking for
We start with your goals, budget, priorities, and expectations.
02 — Compare the opportunities
I help you look at the properties, locations, developers, demand, and investment case more clearly.
03 — Make sense of the decision
We talk through the strengths, weaknesses, and questions that still need answering before you move forward.
04 — Stay connected after the transaction
My relationship with you does not end when the deal closes.
I want to remain someone you can come back to when you have questions, need another perspective, or begin thinking about your next move.
